Hello Folks,
We have a scenario where we have migrated subscription contracts (provider contracts) into SOM with no preceding document. After some time, the contract has expired, and we need to reactivate it as the client is not ready to create a new order/contract due to their internal provisioning or stuff.
Is there a way in BRIM SOM (Standard or Custom) to activate the subscription contract even after it is expired and then replicate the same to CI CC accordingly ?
We are using CC as a pricing engine.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
With S/4HANA 2022 FPS1, it is possible to extend an expired subscription contract with introduction of special change process EXTEND_EXPIRED and duration GRACE_PERIOD.
Please refer to the help documentation for more details. Thanks.
