I want to configure Valuation Rule for Poland and Czech GAAP in Lease Contract RE-FX in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud.
Please can anyone share steps for configuration?
Thank you.

Shrinivas

Hi Shrinivas,
You can configure Valuation Rules in the SSCUI 102117 "Valuation Rule".
There you are able to customize the different valuation rules applicable for your specific business requirements, including the accounting standards.
You can also explore steps further in the test script available on SAP Signavio Process Navigator for Scope Item 1T6.

Daniel

Hello Daniel,
Thank you for your reply and details. I have checked the test Script for Scope Item 1T6. This scope is extended to Czech country but not to Poland. So I think I can configure Valuation Rule only for Czech and not for Poland.
I tried to create "Condition Valuation group - SSCUI 103405" for Czech and assigned it in "Valuation Rule - SSCUI 102117" but all the existing Valuation Groups are delivered by SAP (starting with Y) but my newly created is started with Z (Y not available) as below:
I am wondering, whether this configuration will be delivered by SAP (using OSS Ticket) as our system is Public Cloud or I should continue using Z letter as shown above.
Thank you,
Regards,
Shrinivas
Hi Shrinivas,
While 1T6 test script is not directly customized for Poland, you can also check out scope item 21P, which covers the same general topic you are looking for. The SSCUIs you are using are available and maintained for all countries (except TR).
When creating new entries in Condition Valuation group SSCUI 103405, new entries will always start with the letter Z - that's a system design. You can assign these Condition Valuation Groups to your required Valuation Rules in SSCUI 102117 as you are showing in your screenshot (which is also where you can assign the Accounting Principle used).
Best Regards,
Daniel
