Hi,
We use SAP S4 Hana. As credit controllers, we have to release the blocked orders. We use the tile "manage credit cases". I would like to ask if we can re block an order in case that we have released it by mistake.
Request clarification before answering.
Yes, you can re-block an order in SAP S/4HANA that has been released by mistake. Here's how you can do it:
1.Open the "Manage Credit Cases" app (transaction code UKM_CASE).
2.Search for the previously released order.
3.Once you find the order, you can change its status back to "Blocked".
4.Save the changes to re-block the order.
It's important to note that the ability to re-block an order may depend on your specific system configuration and user authorizations. If you encounter any issues, you may need to consult with your SAP administrator or the credit management team to ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform this action.
Additionally, keep in mind that re-blocking an order might trigger a new credit check and potentially create a new credit case, depending on your system settings. This ensures that the order goes through the proper credit evaluation process again
Kind Regards
