RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP cannot be run with Correspondence type in varaint.

RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP is the Bank Statement Run program to create correspondence items that are Due. for undisclosed reasons we always run this Mass run 1 day in arrears so that our bank statements are produced 1 day in arrears, However certain correspondence types we would like to run on Time. i.e. on the day they become due, not one day in arrears. If we run the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP with an execution date today, it will also cause the Bank statements to be produced today instead of one day in arrears. A way to fix this is if the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP could run only for certain correspondence types, i.e. If it had the Correpondence type as a Variant as part of the Mass run, those ocorrespondence types that are desireable to run immedietly could run Today with Todays date and for those Correspondence Types that we wish to produce 1 day in arrears could run with those correspondence types with executiond date yesterday. Does any body know of a way to achieve this?

Uncertain what is meant by Vipin Sinng's comment. ... RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP is a a mass run that runs close to the end of the nights mass runs. It extracts all the data that is to be provided to the Bank Statement output system. For reasons not relevant here we must always produce the Bank statement earliest 1 day after it becomes due. This means we must run the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP with an execution date of 1 business day behind Current Business Day. This means that for other Correpondence types (not BA01) they also are only Produced 1 Busienss Day in arrears. This is not always desirable. This could be resolved if the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP had Correspondence Type as a varialbe in it's variant. Then those Correspondence types that must run when due can be produced when due, Those that must run in arrears can run in arrears, with a execution date in arrrears.

Not sure how implementing changes in BTE - 0BCAA010 could help. this BTE is executed as part of the RBCA_COPR_RUN_PP not as part of the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP. This means that the RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP has already created the DFKKCOH item and the timestamp release of the items to be included is already set. This would defeat the purpose of running RBCA_BAST_RUN_PP in arrears.

Does the statement period defined at product level is 1 day with default correspondence type as BA01 and rest all the correspondence types are configured at account level.

If its at account level then you can control printing by implementing BTE - 0BCAA010 for print correspondence.
