RAR Order item not created

Dear all,
We are integrating SAP BRIM (with Subscription Order Management) to RAR, and facing some issues with the Order item creation (CAOI Order Item (Contract Item)). As shown in the screenshot below, the provider contract gets replicated from SOM to S4 and is flagged as RAR relevant, still no RAI items are created (no records created in table DFKKRA_RAI_MI and DFKKRA_RAI_CO).

from the customizing perspective, we have fully generated RAI Class for Order items

and a Service Type YA01 used on the provider contract

I believe that our customizing is complete and all the necessary business functions are activated ( RAI invoicing items are created without a problem) but I can't figure out where the issue is.

Someone have a clue if we're missing some customizing? Any hint is welcome, like which program/FM is called to create the RAI when a Provider contract is created.

Can you please check if you have activated the relevant interfaces under the below path

SPRO - Financial Accounting - Contract Accounting Receivable and Payable - Convergent Invoicing - Basic functions - Billable items - Billable item classes - Maintain billable item classes

Under this config, for your RAI class, ensure that the interface component " Integration with revenue Accounting " is enabled.

Also please check the Logs in SLG2 to know more about any errors in processing .
