Quote 1.0 Integration with Commerce Cloud

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate quote 1.0(CPQ) with commerce cloud via CPI.

We have successfully completed the flow from commerce cloud to CPQ but facing issue while "Releasing Quote to Commerce Cloud".

we have enabled the workflow and provider setting for integration but while releasing we are getting the error as "Processing SAP action failed ! SAP integration is not enabled. Please enable it on SAP Provider page in Setup.:"

Can anyone please help us out in resolving the issue.

If you have purchased license for SAP Commerce Cloud for CPQ then you would be seeing this in your Providers.

if you have purchased and its not showing - Kindly raise a Support ticket to SAP CPQ and then someone will verify and enable it.

Thanks for providing the information, yes we were not able to see SAP Commerce Cloud Settings.

We will raise a support ticket to SAP CPQ and check whether its working or not.
