"Next 100 items" in dimension hierarchy view not working

Hi all, I am having an issue with BPC's web interface. Namely when viewing dimension members in hierarchy mode there's a link "Next 100 items" which does nothing, it's not displaying anything. I've tried in Chrome and IE with same result. I am using SAP BPC 10.1 NW SP03 (Standard).

When viewing the browser's log, I'm getting an error: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getParent' of undefined".

If anyone has bumped into this or any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

The following two notes shows that this might be a known issue:

2047169 - 'Next 100 items' link may not work in dimension member hierarchy view

2157066 - If one parent node has more than 100 child member, failed to expand its node in dimension hierarchy view
