Dear experts,
I have two questions regarding application types into the program GRAC_DELETE_REPORT_SPOOL:
1. What data would be deleted if run the mentioned program for SOD and SAP application types? What is the difference between them?
2. If I run the program for the application type CUP, does it has an effect on the user level risk analysis done during access request submission?
We have the below WF configured:
a. Role assignment request is submitted. Before submission, automatic risk analysis is done.
b. If role assignment generates SoDs then, WF is redirected to the Compliance Team for approval.
If I run the program GRAC_DELETE_REPORT_SPOOL for CUP application type before a request is approved by Compliance Team, what will happen to the user risk analysis ran in a submitted request? Are the SoDs still be visible/listed for the Compliance Team when they open the role assignment request?
Thank you in advance.
David

Hi David,
Application Type: SAP will be used when ad-hoc risk analysis is executed at User or Role level from Access Management -> User Level/Role level. Risk analysis results are then updated to table "GRACSODREPDATA" with application type as SAP.
If you delete the spool using the program GRAC_DELETE_REPORT_SPOOL and application type "SAP" then the risk analysis results stored in table GRACSODREPDATA will get deleted which means ad-hoc risk analysis reports run at User/Role level in background mode will not show any risk analysis results as they got deleted.
Application Type: CUP will be used when risk analysis is execute for a user during request submission in ARQ. Risk analysis results are then updated to table "GRACSODREPDATA" with application type as CUP.
If you delete the spool using the program GRAC_DELETE_REPORT_SPOOL and application type "SAP" then the risk analysis results stored in table GRACSODREPDATA will get deleted which means that risk analysis reports in the ARQ request will not show any risk analysis results as they got deleted.

Madhu
