Purchase document is allocated to asset in SAP Public Cloud

Hi Expert !

I have similar issue to this post  https://community.sap.com/t5/enterprise-resource-planning-q-a/purchase-document-is-allocated-to-asse...in SAP Public Cloud. Regarding the answers, I want to change error message to warning message. Is there anyone know the apps to make this change in SAP Public Cloud ? I already explore System Messages in CBC but I can't find the message relate to this issue. Am I able to make the change in SAP Public Cloud ?

Can anyone help me on this ?

I could find no SSCUI / Configuration activity in S/4HANA Cloud to change the error to a warning like mentioned in the thread.

For S/4HANA Cloud there is a KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/3154459 about this error 

The Best Practice is to use an Investment Project to post the costs and then settle the project to an assets (See Best Practice Guides Project Control - Finance (‏1NT‏) and Period-End Closing - Maintenance Orders (‏BF7‏)).
