Provisioning of roles in GRC not in "Production" role status.

Hello,

Can we provision the roles through access requests that are not in "production" role status. I created Business role and maintained the status as "Production" for Business role and have assigned 2 single roles to the Business role which are not in production status. once the request gets approved will it also assign the single roles which are not in "Production" status. I have allowed those single roles for provisioning to YES in Additional details->provisioning.

Is role status only used for role search in Access requests?

Hi Sri,

Yes Role status is used for Role search in access request and can you check the parameter ID 4011 & 4016(

Consider only the approved/completed version of business role for provisioning).
