Provision Multi Parameters in SU01 via GRC Request Form

Hi,

I am looking for customization of GRC to include parameter ID & values through request form. I do understand that user defaults do exist but that is somehow static in nature. The requirement is to update during role provisioning so that user can select what parameters they would like to get - For Example - BUK, WRK, etc.

Could anyone help with this how to achieve?

Hi Mukesh,

You can use parameters tab in access request form to select and add parameters to the request during request submission:

For enabling the PARAMETERS tab:

1. Enable PARAMETERS tab in access request form in EUP configuration. SPRO > Access Control > User Provisioning > Maintain End user Personalization.

For allowing in-line editing of parameters in access request form under parameters tab:

2. Parameter 5024 has to be set as YES in SPRO which means values are expected in the Parameter tab of the Access Request during request submission
