Proposal Management with Quote 2.0

Hi Gurus,

With Quote 2.0 the emails for proposal management are not getting delivered.

We have tried the following :

• Maintaining the sold to email ID manually with "Add Recipient" Option
  
• Maintaining Sold to information with email ID in involved parties

We get the following message :

"Mail sent successfully

Document cannot be uploaded to the SalesForce opportunity, because the quote (01240167) has not been attached to any opportunity."

Can you please confirm if this is possible with Quote 2.0 and Business Partner Module.

Sending emails with "Send Mail using your default mail client" also does not populate proposal link.

The Quote you mentioned is coming from Salesforce Opportunity or its a Quote created in CPQ?

The quote has been created natively in SAP CPQ. Do you think this is the reason why email is not being sent ?

Hi Gaurav,

Yeah, Create a Quote from Salesforce Opportunity so that Document will be uploaded to Salesforce Successfully.

Prithvi , just confirming with Quote 2.0 have you used proposal management ?

I am concerned if system is wired to pick sold to email ID from business partner module instead of Customer information ?
