prompting clearing error during the cash desk entry

Hi Experts,

I am prompting the clearing error message during cash desk entry in "/dbm/cashdesk" like as below:

The difference is too large for clearing. Message no. F5263. I have checked OBA0/OBA3/OBA4 all the settings are maintained. Please advise further on this.

If you click the link in the error message "change tolerance groups for user" - where does that take you?
