Project created in CMOD is not assigned to user exit

Hi Expert,

I am creating a project for IDOC generation in SAP. When the project is created i am providing the enhancement FEDI0004 for which the component is not getting assigned even after the activation. Please check the screen shot. This is the new server that as been created and i need to know what i need to do to assign the component to my project. When i try to enter the include persisting with the enhancement it gives me the below error. Request you help on the same.

Program names ZX... are reserved for includes of exit function groups.

The uploaded screen is from Local where the user exit is assigned(green Tick) but the same is not getting assigned in my client server(No green tick on the user exit) even after activation.
