There is a BPA developed on BTP that runs through an approval when the financial plan is uploaded to the project.

From what I can read, you need SAP Build Process Automation and with this functionality you can download the project budget template, update and submit it for approval in SAP Business Technology Platform.

Basically, this is different to the CC or project budget control we own – it gives the functionality to have an approval workflow when uploading new budget templates.
