Proforma invoice creation issue/ custom declaration instead

Is it possible to create customs declaration without having proforma invoice number(system is not creating proformas) , but having only freight order?

In GTS in field pro forma invoice can i type 9999999 as a proforma invoice number, and then process to manuallly typing the rest of the details?

Hi Ma Po,

I hope I understand your question correclty

1.If you are using Sap TM , I assume you can create Export declaration directly from Freight Order

2.if not ,You can manual create Export declaration in GTS
