Profit.Segment on account assignment is not available

Hello everyone

please help on this! the PA has already activated for specific operating concern. Also, the controlling area is assigned to this operating conern.

When I tried to check on a sales order when editing the account assignment, the profit segment is not available. No pop-up window open when I click it.

please kindly provide a clue/solution on this issue.

I have positioned the direct reason for the PA segment editing issue.  when the WBS element is with values, the PA segment is not availble, while I cleard the value on the WBS element, the PA segment CAN be edited with a pop-up window. 

it seemed the WBS element was conflicted/not compatible with the PA segment. so please give an further guidance how to solve this?

Did you

• Activate CO-PA cross-client and client-specific?
• Did you set the remated master data (characteristics)
• DId you set the derivation rules
• etc.

• Activate CO-PA cross-client and client-specific? yes, I have activate CO-PA both cross-client and client-specific
• Did you set the remated master data (characteristics) -> yes the related characteristics and values fields are build within data structure
• DId you set the derivation rules -> this I haven't set. is that mandatory for using CO-PA
