We are implementing SAP Audit Management 1.3SP02 in a bank and are testing SAP Audit Management’s functionality to process work packages offline. We have copied configuration from client 000. When the Work Program is approved, email is generated, but email does not contain work packages as attachments. SP02 does not contain following template which is mentioned in SAP Learning Material for SP01.
