Process Control - store evidences of execution of controls

Hi Experts,

We have SAP GRC RM and PC in place and see now that business (Finance/Accounting) needs to document evidences of performed controls.

Has anybody set-up something like this?

Scenario:

- we have the controls in GRC and review them regularly by the process owner
- the execution of the controls is done manually
- evidence of the executed control need to be stored

Manual Control Performance is standard functionality in Process Control.

Will that not suffice for your requirement ?
