Process Control: display the delta results in Adhoc query in Business rule

I am using Date trigger for a control and currently it is displaying all the deficiency records (5000 records). I want to send the notification with only the delta records i.e for the first time it will send all the 5000 records and next time it should send only the new records and not the old ones. how to acheive this?

Hi

You will have use certain date filter in order to exclude already reported data, automated monitoring will keep reporting the issue unless those are resolved.
