Problems with Mitigating Controls GRC 10.1

Hi everybody,

Thanks for all yours answers!!

I have again one problem with the MItigating Controls.

When I'm creating the mitigating controls, I get the following error.

But when I look at the main screen is blank.

Hello Jonathan,

Check in SM12 if any thing exists with your user id,

if yes,select and delete

Then try to create again

It seems that you activated the WF to Mitigating Control Maintenance.

Check if there is a pending request into Mitigating Control owner work inbox.

If yest approve it to have the MC available.

Try to create another Mit. control with a different name.

There exists another open request for the same MC. Hence, the error.
