Problem with pasting data from Excel to SAP BPC

Hello,

I am using SAP BPC for budgeting purposes.
BPC was working properly until yesterday. I am not able to paste data in BPC from Excel anymore.
When I paste any data, the mouse cursor starts loading and after a minute the following error appears:
"Cannot paste excel data"
I haven't changed any kind of settings and I have no idea how this happened. Tried everything, but I can't copy data from Excel and paste it in BPC
I barely remember that when the problem occurred, an error with the EPM add-in appeared but didn't manage to read it. Don't know if there is any relation between that error and the problem with pasting data from Excel.

veselinvaI am assuming you mean EPM forms when you say BPC. You are trying to copy from another excel to BPC EPM forms? Just close the Excel completely and then relaunch the EPM form. Next open the external excel sheet from where you have to copy from within the EPM form by navigating File> Open>. When you paste try pasting as values (paste special : values 123)

Yes, I mean EPM form. Sadly, did what you said and it's still not working.
