Hi all, we are facing an issue with Hierarchy H1 generation for a specific dimension, when I process the dimension it says the Hierarchy H1 is currently locked by BPC_SERVICE, and in the backed BW it always creates M version of hierarchy, it was working fine till yesterday, we copied this dimension and created a new one, that works perfectly fine.
We tested with another dimension which has H1 hierarchy, that also works fine.I cleared the cache using UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE program but no luck, is there any issue or reason for not generating an active version of H1 for this dimension? I don't see any locks in SM12, I attached error messages and system details.
