Hi,
Currently we are working on SAP BPC 10.0 NW.
We have configured all the necessary settings for email distribution. When we try to distribute the template the process is completed successfully, but not getting any email. In SCOT also there are no sent requests.
Please help us how to resolve this issue.

if you configured everything properly then e-mail distribution will work. If not - you have to provide all details of your configuration with screenshots.

Hi Vadim,
1.I have configured SMTP server setting as below.
2. Updated the Server number and port number in EPM->user options->server configuration.
3. Updated the user email address in SU01.
As I attached the screen shot in my question, distribution is successfully completed but there are no sent requests in SCOT.
Can you please help me if I missed out any settings.
