Problem with delete partner in trans. VIBDAO

I'm trying to delete a partner in a transaction vibdao, I have more than 1 of them, an error REBPBP 008 

'the partner is already assigned to the Real Estate object from &V3& to $4$' comes out and does not allow me to change the object.

 How to solve a problem?
