Problem wiht the action Order Confirmation Pending.

Hello everyone,

For the last 2 weeks I am having the next error:

ActionId: 1924, CartId: 168-1400

The action that is giving the problem is 1924

And the error appears into all the status of the quote.

But the thing is that status is only in the Order Confirmation Pending.

And it’s aleatory the error.

Any suggestions why is it happening?

Hey, we are having same issue. So cannot get error status back from S/4 due to similar authorizations problem: {"error":{"code":"118000","message":"Action not found","target":"/api/v1/quotes/5287/actions/1924/invoke","details":[],"internalMessage":"Action not found"}}. Hope there will be an answer in this thread.

CPI is sending Action to 1924 which is Order is getting failed... can you check whether Sales order or Solution Quotation is getting creates successfully once ? This is automatic update from CPI to CPQ.

If not pls check with Workflow Actions, User type and Workflow Permissions
