Problem while Preview or Launch BPF Instance : No implementation was selected for current BAdI

Dear all,

We have recently set up a new test system, with BW 7.5 SP5 on HANA DB. We have installed SAP BPC (standard) 10.1 and we have migrated our all 10.0 and tested for its working. Then we have tried to migrate our some IP queries to BPC 10.1 embedded.

We had created embedded environement and added the respective infoprovider (realtime cube) to newly create environment. We are able use All the queries built on this infoprovider via Analysis for office.

Now when we created BPF template, we are unable to launch the Instance and also unable to see the preview of activities in template. we are getting the error of "No implementation was slected for current BAdI".

Request you to kindly suggest if we are missing any steps.

Pls suggest a document if any guiding embedded activation, configuring and using.

Also request you to kindly suggest how to debug or trace the BPC WEB navigation at backend.

Can you post a screenshot of your workstatus settings?

This seems like you have chosen the option "Define by Customer Implementation" somewhere in your BPF or WS.

The BAdI that performs the owner/reviewer definition is BADI_RSBPCB_SETUSER

For BW 7.5, no need to install combpc component.

For the error, it indicates that there is no badi implementation. In the BPF setup, have you selected any badi options? For example, the driver dimension?

I never run into this issue, but apparently the error indicates that there is no badi implementation. Have you involve any badi with your bpf settings?
