Problem loggin into BPC Web Administration

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue while loggin into BPC through a VPN connection.

The port 8000 is open, but when I try to log I get stucked at the end of the loggin bar (see attachment please).

Is there any other port that needs to be open? In case can I find it on BW settings somewhere? or what could the problem be?

Without VPN it works fine and I can log in the administration page.

Hello Emiliano,

Please check Internet compatibility settings like below..

Please make sure that the server name is added here like below..

This might be one reason like the same screen what you are getting right now..

Hello Emiliano,

Can you please share your system details which are available in BI/BW side.

like below.

These are the system details for our sand-box.

And these are system details which are available in QIS.

while opening sandbox system via web admin I am facing same error like you, with out compatibility settings its not working while QIS is working fine..

So, As far as I know its not related to the front end SP up gradation, I am not sure but, I think its related to back end SP related..

the answer was right, I only mean that this seems to be solved from SP18, we have SP17

Hello Emiliano,

That's what I am saying even though we are using SP18 the problem still exist for sand-box system not for QIS system.. in order check the reason for that just asked your system details.
