Hello experts, I have been trying to access the bpc web interface 7.5, via the link "web interface" within bpc client, however it opens in internet explorer (my version 8), already with the error "Internet Explorer can not display the webpage".
When I try to open the link in google chrome or firefox, the bpc of the page opens, however I can not view the current view or the GMPs, is a white screen with picture indicating charging, appears only the menus "Getting Started I Content Library I Live Reporting I Business Process Flows "at the top, that's all that appears.
I can usually access the Excel interface, not a profile problem because I can also access on another computer web interface, it would be some setting on my computer that I am not knowing what it is.
could help me doing a favor?
thanks in advance.

Guys, thanks for the contribution, just for the record, I got the solution simply by changing the following position:
You need isar Internet Explorer, in my case the version 8.
Tools -> Internet options -> security -> trusted sites -> custom level
roll the bar until late in user authentication select -> prompt for user name and password.
With this internet explorer allows access to bpc server.
The chrome and firefox browsers really do not support natively the bpc of the web interface.
Thank you all, for the valid contributions.

Hi Guilherme, We do not support Firefox and Chrome in 7.5 versions: See the install and master guides: http://help.sap.com/bopacnw75 https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000986492009E https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001106942009E Thanks!

Hi Guilherme,
Unfortunately there are a lot of settings (firewall, windows security settings, etc...) that can affect BPC WEB interface visibility on the particular PC. Ask a qualified network administrator to check ...

Hi Vadim, thanks for your reply.
I still have hope that someone has come across this problem, and can tell me how to solved this problem because those responsible for the local network could not identify the source of the problem. Generally, while maintaining the same set of computers where the problem has not occurred, the error persists. Must be some hidden setting that is preventing the connection, even removing the software and then installing again, nothing changes.
