Print preview function is greyed out in Change Journal Entries app screen on Public Cloud system

Hello!

I have a question regarding the functionality of "print preview" in Change Journal Entries app. 

We would like to export the journal entries from this screen but it seems like the function is not enabled on this app.

The steps taken to reach this screen is as below

"Manage Journal Entries" app > Select a journal entry and click on a link to jump to "Change Journal Entries" > Click on "Document" and find the greyed out "Print Preview" section.

Is there a way to enable it or a workaround to export the journal entry information?

Hi Fujita,

If you use Manage Journal Entries (New Version) (App ID: F0717A), you can open a print preview through the Create Correspondence button. Select a journal entry in the list, then choose Create Correspondence. The button is also available on the journal entry detail screen.

Thanks for providing the product version, now I could simulate the same issue as you reported.

Checking into the same function in SAP GUI the same phenomenon exists there. So my conclusion is there may be exist the option listed there in the menu as this is belong to the standard normal lists but only work for some scenarios while it does not work for your current transaction.

Please take the attached file as a reference. As no any official documentation about this, what I can do is just check this in the OP system to get the comparation for you.

May I know the version of your product?

When I tried to simulate your scenario in our internal system, I did not find the same case.

Please check my following screenshot, there is the button to download the document entries into local file and from there you can print it out.
