Hello Community
I tried approving a released budget document, but I got the error "Budget transfer to Funds Management Failed" and the document came back into the inbox. However, I mistakenly clicked on it and "" approved" it again, after which it "disappeared"" from the inbox.
I checked the GM and FM modules and I saw nothing changed after the "approval"
My problem now is that all other documents I have approved after this incident does not impact GM or FM. It says ""completed"" but it is still showing preposted instead of preposted-posted.
Does anyone have any idea what went wrong and how to resolve the issue?

If it is just pre-posted, and you want it to be posted, you can force the posting event on its workflow.
