Hi All,
Scenario: We have a bundle item and we have 5 sub items underneath it. We need to have sub items with different start and end dates. Currently, it gives an inconsistent dates error if we try to do that.
Question 1: Is it possible to create sub-items with different start and end date? It should create only 1 provider contract in the system. If yes, how can we achieve this?
Question 2: If no, do we have any other standard work around that can work in this case?
Thanks
Mahesh
Hi Mahesh,
Currently there is no possibility in subscription order management to have sub items start date different than the main item if you are using a subscription bundle. They can have shorter validity though so contract end date of sub items can be shorter than the main item.
If you are using a sales package then sub items can have different start dates but every item will have different contract numbers (items), meaning, different FICA provider contracts. But I believe your requirement is the first scenario for which there no solution or workaround in standard at the moment. Thanks.
Regards
Deepak
