Populate Assignment field with PO number& Line item - FBL3N in S/4 Hana

Hello Gurus,

My client had made a request to concatenate PO number and item number in the assignment field. I will appreciate if any of you experts will provide me with the step process to accomplish this request. Thank you.

Thanks for the response Raymond. I believe both will apply, The gl posting will happen during MIGO and you display in FBL3N to see the gl posting.

One way to get the information at GL account level is use the Sort key in the GL Master.

You can view what is behind this sort key in OB16.
