Pop-up window doesnt appear in cpq

Hello everybody,

I am trying to make pop up message when there is another user on the same quote. But it doesnt appear instead the message appear on the top. I don't know if I am missing something. Do I need to something else?

GENERAL>Application Parameters> Alert users about simultaneous work on the same quote

there is no alert message on the screen kind of feature, it's just a message appears on top of your quote.

So there is no difference between Via Pop-up Message When Entering Quote and Via Link In The Quote?
