Hi,

Carry-forward is executed for open commitments, e.g. a PO which is not fully reduced (by invoice and/or GR). In very specific cases, also closed commitment is carried-forward, but this is really an exception. So, if your PO is reduced, there is no obvious functional need to carry-forward it and FMJ2 doesn't display it correctly. Unless, in FM the commitment is reduced unjustly and in this case, you should analyse further.

No, not quite. You can check FM line reports or the tables directly.

Hi,

So many reasons, including system bug (there are some related to SES POs)... I'd suggest starting with analysis of FMIOI table for this PO and make sure that the status is right and the amount is correct. Can you check this?

Eli

Hi Dona,

So as Eli said, PO is fully reduced and no need to be carried forward with FMJ2.
