Hi Team,
One of our user is facing an issue while connecting to server. As soon as user gives credentials and click on Login, system hangs saying that “Please wait while your system connects to server" and never connects to server. We have BPC 7.0 MS installed on both server and client machine.
All users are facing the same problem..
I tried in different ways but no luck. Please find the screenshot for your reference.
System Information:
BPC version 7.0 MS
SP(Service pack) version: 13
Operating System: WINDOWS 2003
SQL Server: 2008
.NET version: 3.5 (SP 01)

Hi Harini,

....
All users are facing the same problem..
which one is true? One user or all users?
Have you tried to ping from the machine your bpc server to see if it respond?
Have you inserted the server's full domain name?
It happens suddenly? after an upgrade?
I see you have quite all "not answered" threads, please remember that is your duty to close the threads after solved, assigning a "correct answer", it's also possible if you find yoursself the solution to add it and assign youself the correct answer. "assumed answered" means you close the thread because old but you didn't found the solution, see please How to close a discussion and why and Are you a responsible person in SCN?.
Regards
Roberto
