Hello,
One of our customer is facing issue where some of the MCP plans created last year and this year, aren't visible in the planner and planner monitor. Any one have idea what could causing these plans which were visible until the start of the year have disappeared?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Uppdeep,
Our customer created three MCP plans last November; two are still visible in the planner and monitor, but one is not. The disappeared plan is available in other reports; MCP results and details.
We don't have any job in place for GRFN* tables, strange issue as this is only happening in the production environment.
I have created a OSS ticket as well, reply I'm getting is that issue is happening because the data is missing from the table GRFNTASKPLAN, but no reply on why the data is missing or if it can be restored.

You can try following:
1)Check if its only past entries you are not able to see ?Check if by mistake you have not maintained any filter based upon date or status or something?
2)Please check if any Achieve job is in place.
