Periodic budget

Dear experts,

We use BCS.

When I budget by FMBB/FMBBC TXN I have the field "Period".

Its default value is ALL.

The DB (FMBL-RPMAX) shows 16 value.

When I use any other month (1-12) the DB still show 16.

Is there any customization option to change it, so the value of the month on the screen will be reflected at FMBL-RPMAX ?

Hi Noy,

Please, be aware that apart of reporting (self-developed mainly), the period you introduce in FMBB has no impact on the control which is always done on annual or multi-annual level. So, without going into the details of your issue (I'm not sure what it is), I am giving this remark in order to put in proportion the meaning of a period in this context.

I'm aware of that, however isn't it make any sense that if I put X value, I'd expect to get that same X instead of Y?

May I open OSS for that?

Do you mean, you select, say, period 4 and the system gives you 16? At what stage?
