Hello
I have one problem administrator account is disabled in PCM10 how to re-enable administrator account?
Maybe someone has a script to MSSQL database?
Thanks.
Wojciech
Hello,
For SQL database, please ask your DBA to follow the steps below :
1) Open MS SQL Server Management Studio
2) Drill down to the Stored Procedures directory for the correct database
3) Execute EPO_ResetAdminPassword stored procedure in a new query window
4) Message window shows the password has been reset.
The Administrator password is now reset to the default.
For PCM version 10, the default password = administrator

The procedure is simple. Run the stored procedure as mentioned in the previous post. The administrator account is enabled and reset to the factory default.
This shows on the 4th failure to login on the Administrator account.
The Administrator account is now disabled
Unlike any other account the Administrator account cannot be enabled in Tools -> Security
Also any further attempt to login is greeted with a rather stern message
Only when you see the return value of 0 is the Administrator's password reset (unlocked and enabled)
