User does not see their workflows in their Work Inbox in NWBC ( enclosed ). However, the workflows show in their Work Inbox via t-code SWI5 ( enclosed ) - Total 10.
Trace is not captured with Work Inbox relevant missing authorizations.
Please let us know how this can be resolved.

have you tried pressing the refresh button for the POWL inbox? It's on the bottom right
If that fixes it then you need to look at the POWL configuration to refresh automatically when opening.

We tried pressing the refresh button for the POWL inbox with no success.
Process control work items was created on 10/05/2018 10:12:31. Users last refresh is captured as 10/08/2018 23:06:11. And once again today.
Current POWL settings for GRFN_INBOX_AC and GRFN_INBOX_ALL is attached. No other user has reported this issue before.
Please review and share your views.
