is there any possibility to send an Payment Confirmation to the Customer via E-Mail?

There is indeed a standard solution in S4 Hana Public Cloud for sending payment notices directly by email to your suppliers.
Here are the preliminary steps to check:
1) Ensure that the email address is correctly entered in the master data of the BP (Business Partner) on the role level (Supplier/Customer) using the Manage Business Partener Master Data app
2) Check in the Output Parameter Determination application that all the configuration determination steps has been done
If you follow these steps, you should be able to send payment notices by email to your suppliers.
