payment block for document KZ

User wants to set payment block in document type KZ.

They are asking to maintain "Release request" in f-53. as like {Posted invoice document >> Payment release request >> Post document}

Can you please re-assign the tag? "SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable" deals with FI-CA, your question is related to FI-AP, please use tag "FIN Accounts Receivable and Payable".
