Partners not transferred to Customs Declaration

Hi All,

We have created a PO with Partner function ZN in ECC. Customs Document created with reference to PO and updated with partner function ZN. But when we checked Customs Declaration the partner function is not updated.

Import Declaration created by using prior to goods receipt with reference to the inbound Delivery created for the above PO.

Below steps were performed.

Define Groups of Partner Functions --> ZN Partner assigned to the Partner group

Assign Partner Function at Feeder System Group Level--> ZN partner function assigned. (ZN-->ZN)

Exclude partner role : Not marked.

Please let me know why the partner function is not updated in the Customs declaration even though it is maintained in ref PO.

Hi Gurram,

Perhaps the Partner Group assigned to the Customs Declaration is not the same one that you have updated?

No. The Partner Group available in the Customs declaration and the partner assigned group are same.

Any other thoughts..

Hi Gurram,

My only other thought is that GTS maps the native (untranslated) Partner Function code - for example, 'WE' for the Ship-to, not 'SH' - just in case your 'ZN' is actually something else in the original language.

Failing that, you might have to ask your consultant to debug the transaction.

Dave
