partial payment invoice not appearing in fb03

in f-28 i had an open item of rs 100000 and by using partial payment i made a incoming payment one 55000 and another one 45000

now the open item are cleared but when i am running tcode fb03 to see that document then that two entries of partial payment is not appearing there is only single entry of 100000

can you please help me out
