Parenth and YTD is not working in periodic model

Hi Guys

Good day.

When I pulled a report, base level are pulling fine, but unable to pull the Aggregated values ( Parent) vales, and selected the periodic Measures it working fine and when I select YTD measures, its not working.

I created a simple Reporting type Model in Environment and captured some values, but when I pull the values from BPC report, able to pull only base level values.

I have created a testing environment and captured some values in a model, and tested, its doing the same way . Even standard SAP BPC Environment is also behaving in the same way. I mean unable to pull the parent values and unable to pull the YTD numbers.

SAP BPC NW 10.1 Standard and the following are the details

CPMBPC 810   SP LEVEL  0008  SUPPORT PACKAGE SAPK81008INC-CPMBPC

SAP_BW 740                       0013

I think SP levels are up to data and standard functionality is not working in Sap Provided standard Environment.

Any idea gurus.

my idea is that even its a periodic model, we can pull the QTD and YTD Values.

Please show the screenshot of some simple report with the issue and provide model type and ACCTYPE of the account used.

You TIME dimension is incorrect. Finance Year is starting from Apr, then you have to correct PERIOD property:

ID              Description   PERIOD

20100001 2009.APR     JAN

Thanks you for your time on this issue.

Finally the issue is resolved. The issue is with the BPC installation. after having discussion with my BPC friends, asked Basis Team to investigate about error and have a look on the BPC installation.

Basis Team said its a BPC Cornel library patch Issue.

Anyway, on top of your installation issues you have incorrect values in PERIOD property!
