Hi Robert,

the main source of information is always the official SAP Help documentation page:
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_PROFITABILITY_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT

There you can find information about the new content & features included in SPs under the "What's New" section and details about sample contents under the "Sample Content" section. Sample contents are also listed as SAP Notes in the official SAP Support Launchpad.
