Hi,

I have lot of questions regarding operational transfer pricing. What it is, how it works. What functions are required. What kind of data we need. Can you please share a complete information from process and data (Master, Transactional) perspective.

Thank you

Rajesh

Dear Rajesh,

Thank you for your interest in Operation Transfer Pricing. This content covers intercompany transfers and processes such as intercompany recharging, markup and VAT calculations. In the end, all calculations are available for review in reporting.

I would suggest you to check the following link in order to familiarize more with the OTP content: https://help.sap.com/viewer/9db9a49db52c406481cb8e24bd98a40d/3.15/en-US/6800097e837b4f53bca40d772157...

You will get more information about data structure, how the calculation part is structured, as well as which functions are used in each part of the content. If you have any additional questions after you check the documentation, please feel free to raise those questions.

Looking forward for your comments!

Best regards,

Vanja

In simple terms, transfer pricing is a distortion of the transaction price in order to minimize taxes. The transfer pricing principle is based on the use of differences in tax regimes of different countries by mutual agreement of partners.
