PAPM on premise Duplicated Activities in Process Management

Hi

I have got a issue when I try to instance some activity in Process Management this is duplicated in activities and selections too.

Note. NXI SP is SAPK-30010INNXI in SAP Profitability and Performance Management

I understand that you are encountering issues with creating a Process Instance as it is getting duplicated. May I request to kindly raise an OSS incident for this since this needs to be checked further if a bug or a misconfiguration.
