Does someone has a high level architecture of PAPM public cloud ?

and a diagram on services layers like SAP responsibility, customer/ partner responsibility ?

Hi Gilles,

A high level architecture (from user's point of view) would look like this:

What service layers do you have in mind? In general PaPM Cloud functions pretty much like HANA Cloud or any other BTP application.
