PaPM – authorizations to Processes, Events, Activities

Right now I'm trying to configure some authorization for different users in PaPM 3.0 (SP16) and faced this kind of problem:

User have a role to view model and model versions and do not have any authorizations to Processes, Events or Activities transactions. And he cannot run this transactions if he try do it through GUI menu. And also he can't see it in Fiori tiles. But if he try to open direct link to Processes, Events or Activities, it is opening and user also have permissions to, for example, processes from the Environments that he can view. He can also create new processes from templates, delete it, and deploy or submit.

What am I doing wrong?

I understand that you have concerns regarding authorizations.

May I ask if you have already checked this part of the admin guide https://help.sap.com/viewer/a8068ea2f9ba403aa6d8bda3abcdbecd/3.16/en-US/83dec44e538d46feaf6b9cdf83ca... and assigned the necessary authorizations?

If yes, I would like to request to kindly create an Incident for us to check further and provide a solution to the problem.
